Every text is proofread by a native speaker (provided that its deadline is not too tight) -- Thanks to full verification and proofreading internal consistency of translated documents and their consistency with texts previously translated for a given client is always guaranteed
Terminology management
Internal consistency of translated documents thanks to application of specialist CAT and TM tools supporting translation processes -- Obligation to use a client-approved terminology -- When starting a collaboration I need a few client-approved documents (translations) in order to compile a database and/or glossary which is going to be developed during all further projects

Sometimes, DUE TO DIFFERENT reasons I am not able to handle a project myself. Then I have a supporting team of experienced translators (experts in their field) to help me.
Thus, timely and high quality translation of the client's projects is always guaranteed. At the same time I remain the single point of contact; no doubt who is responsible for what, who accepted an assignment, who failed to transfer a message etc.
Thanks to full verification and proofreading, internal consistency of translated documents and their consistency with texts previously translated for a given client is always assured.
CONSULTING
services
Consulting services are targeted to large companies whose everyday business includes translating documents into a multitude of languages (e.g. fund companies, international groups of companies, supranational organizations etc.).
TWENTY Years in the business of financial and legal translation as well as a good knowledge of the market (particularly in Poland and in Luxembourg) gave me an insight into methods and mechanisms of simultaneous preparation of documents in numerous language versions.
BENEFITS
No matter whether the client translates in-house, coordinates and subcontracts external translators/freelancers or uses services of translation agencies, there is usually plenty of room for optimization of the process leading to savings reaching even a few hundred thousand euro per year.
Depending on specifics of applied processes and selected target solutions a company producing documents translated into many languages might realize savings of up to 50% of costs incurred so far.
Conditions and required information
After agreeing on respective terms and conditions I WOULD prepare and present translation cost optimization plans/suggestions while maintaining/improving quality and consistency of translated documents
